This merchandise is cut strictly to your order. Hence no cancellation will be accepted 7 days after order is placed. Otherwise, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. All claims for defects must be submitted to LoTuSa, Inc. in writing within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. No return will be accepted without our authorization number, which will be issued promptly upon a valid return request. We do not do refunds. Only exchange will be made on returned merchandise. Shipping fee for exchanges and returns shall be paid by the buyer, unless the reason for return is due to defective merchandise.
